Insurance backed TRCC approved Third Party Warranty

Comprehensive, Insurance-Backed, Third Party Home Warranty transfer of risk products.  The builders in Texas today have a 10 year Statutory warranty on every project the build.  The only legal way to transfer that risk is through the use of an insurance backed third party warranty program.  CRS currently represents StrucSure Home Warranty Company.  They are the only third party warranty company that is approved by the TRCC to sell a remodeller's policy in the state of Texas.  CRS was instamental in reviewing the policy language so that it would be fully compliant with state statute and the rules and regulations promulgated by the TRCC.

Continuing Education-Seminars

Legislative mandated Continuing Education for builders as per HB1038 in Texas. Classes given by NAHB certified instructor John Hubbard, members of The Bush Law Firm and former TRCC Commissioner Scott Porter. Additionally, any or all of the above can be available to speak to private corporate groups or individuals.  CRS has 3 seminars approved by the TRCC that specifically address the statutory requirements set forth in HB 1038.  Included in that round-up of courses is a 5 hour course that meets all of the needs of the Texas builder for Continuing Education requirements.  CRS is also one of the few that is approved to teach the one hour mandatory ethics class.
