TRCC approved Continuing Education Courses--Schedule updated April 26, 2008 |

has been approved to teach 3 continuing education courses that meet the
statutory requirements set forth in HB 1038 that was passed in 2007 by
the Texas Legislature. The TRCC approved classes are: The New TRCC Changes # 2008-01-0173 This class meets the 2 hour statutory requirements for TRCC Performance Standards, statutory warranties, codes and the changes in the TRCC after passage of HB 1038 in 2007. Ethics in Construction # 2008-03-0186 This class meets the 1 hour requirement for ethics training set forth in HB1038 The Big Class # 2008-03-0188 This course meets all five hours of the statutory requirements for continuing education credits in one setting, including the 1 hour ethics requirement and the 2 hour statutory warranties, performance standards and code requirements. |
