its upwards of $300.00 per house.
But we at CRS have negotiated a special deal for our
members at $150.00 per house. That
is a typical project, the cost could be more for a very large project.
Q-OK,
now what does that include?
A-That
price includes shipping both ways, scanning, creating the digital
files, creating the CD and storage of the data on CRS's secure servers
for 10 years.
Q-How
does this work?
A-Simple. Box up your files, call us and we will send
you a DHL shipping label to put on the box.
Drop them at a DHL location or have them picked up. Builders Data Solutions
will do their work and ship them back to you with the CD. Simple.
And think of all of the additional space you can
free up by getting rid of all those file boxes!

about a records retention schedule before you destroy those files.)
